Order processing and delivery

Your order arrives within 4 to 7 working days. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not counted. You get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves.

This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Customs checks, courier strikes and bad weather can add time and are outside our control. If your order goes well past that window, write to us and we will chase it.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay, based on the destination. You always see the final amount before confirming the order.

Customs and import duties

Orders inside the European Union carry no extra charges. For deliveries outside the EU the recipient may have to pay import duties or local taxes on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are not included in what you paid us.

Tracking your parcel

The tracking link arrives by email when the parcel leaves. It can take up to 24 hours before the courier shows the first update, so an empty tracking page on day one is normal.

Delivered but nothing arrived

Before writing to us: check the letterbox and any safe spot the courier may use, ask neighbours, then contact the courier with your tracking number, they can say where and to whom it was handed. If that finds nothing, write to baderinho05@gmail.com with your order number and we open a case.

Wrong address

We can correct an address only while the order is still being prepared. Once shipped, the parcel must come back to us before we can send it again.
