Your legal guarantee

Every Aura Ring comes with the two-year.

If the ring is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to have it repaired or replaced, and if neither is possible, to a price reduction or a refund.

This right is free of charge and cannot be limited by us.

What it covers

• the ring stops charging or holding charge in normal use
• a sensor stops reading
• the finish or the shell fails without any impact or misuse
• a defect that was already there when you received it

What it does not cover

• scratches and marks from normal wear: titanium marks with use, like a wedding band
• damage from a knock, a crush or a fall
• water damage beyond the stated resistance
• a ring opened or repaired by someone else

How to open a claim

Write to support.auratechno10@gmail.com with your order number, a short description of what happens and when it started, and clear photos or a short video.

We look at it and tell you what we can do. If we need the ring back we send you the instructions: never send a parcel back before you have heard from us.
