Your legal guarantee

Every Aura Ring comes with the two-year legal guarantee of conformity that European law gives every consumer. If the ring is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to have it repaired or replaced, and if neither is possible, to a price reduction or a refund.

This right is free of charge and cannot be limited by us.

What it covers

• the ring stops charging or holding charge in normal use
• a sensor stops reading
• the finish or the shell fails without any impact or misuse
• a defect that was already there when you received it

What it does not cover

• scratches and marks from normal wear: titanium marks with use, like a wedding band
• damage from a knock, a crush or a fall
• water damage beyond the stated resistance
• a ring opened or repaired by someone else

How to open a claim

Write to baderinho05@gmail.com with your order number, a short description of what happens and when it started, and clear photos or a short video.

We look at it and tell you what we can do. If we need the ring back we send you the instructions: never send a parcel back before you have heard from us.
