Sizing Guide

How to Measure

Take a ring that already fits comfortably on your right finger and measure its internal diameter in millimetres, starting from the 0 mm mark on the ruler.

  • 16.5 mm = size 6
  • 17.3 mm = size 7
  • 18.1 mm = size 8
  • 18.9 mm = size 9
  • 19.8 mm = size 10
  • 20.6 mm = size 11
  • 21.4 mm = size 12

If your measurement falls between two sizes, choose the larger size.

Getting the right size is more important than with a regular ring. Aura Ring analyses your body using sensors that sit against your skin, so the fit directly affects the quality of the data.

The ring should fit snugly but comfortably: tight enough that it doesn't spin freely, but loose enough that you can remove it without difficulty.

Only Size Up If

  • You are between two sizes
  • You prefer a looser fit
  • Your fingers swell during the day

If a ring you already own fits you well, stick with your usual size.

Which Finger?

The index finger provides the most reliable measurements and is the finger we recommend. The middle finger, ring finger and thumb are also suitable.

Avoid the little finger: the contact surface is smaller, which can result in less accurate measurements.

Between Two Sizes?

Choose the larger size. The band is wider than a regular ring and fits more snugly than you might expect, while fingers tend to swell throughout the day.

Measure at the Right Time

Your fingers are thinner in the morning and when it's cold, and thicker at the end of the day and in warm temperatures. Measuring in the evening at room temperature will give you a size that works comfortably in all seasons.
