Who you are buying from

Where we ship

We sell and ship within the European Union only. Orders with a delivery address outside the EU cannot be accepted and will be refunded.

Prices and payment

All prices are in euro and include VAT. Shipping is shown separately at checkout before you pay. The total you see before confirming is the total you pay.

We can correct an obvious pricing error before dispatch. If that happens we tell you first and you choose whether to confirm at the right price or cancel for a full refund.

When the contract is made

Your order is an offer. The contract is made when we send you the confirmation that the order has been dispatched. Until then we may refuse an order, for example if the item is out of stock or the address is outside the EU.

Your right to change your mind

As a consumer you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw without giving a reason. We give you 30 days, and free return shipping. The details are in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Guarantee

Everything we sell carries the two-year legal guarantee of conformity under EU law. Nothing in these terms limits that right.

What this product is and is not

Aura Ring is a wellness device. It is not a medical device: it does not diagnose, treat or prevent any illness, and its readings must not be used to make medical decisions. If something about your health worries you, speak to a doctor.

The app and your data

The ring works with its app. We may update the app, and features can change over time. How we handle your personal data is set out in our privacy policy.

Using this site

The texts, photos and design on this site belong to us and may not be copied or reused commercially without our permission.

Applicable law

Italian law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you can bring a case before the court where you are resident.
