Where is my order?

As soon as your parcel leaves we email you a tracking link. Open it and you see where the parcel is.

The courier can take up to 24 hours to show the first update, so an empty tracking page on day one is normal. It does not mean anything went wrong.

How long it takes

Delivery takes 4 to 7 working days. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not counted.

No tracking email?

Check the spam folder first. If it is not there either, write to baderinho05@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout and we resend it.

It says delivered, but I have nothing

Three checks solve most cases:

• look in the letterbox, on the doorstep and anywhere the courier leaves parcels
• ask neighbours, and the caretaker if you live in a block
• call the courier with your tracking number: they can say where and to whom it was handed

If none of that finds it, write to baderinho05@gmail.com with your order number and we open a case with the courier.

Wrong address

Write to us straight away. We can correct an address only while the order is still being prepared.
